Credits for Continuing Professional Development

Solicitors attending the Congress are entitled to Credits for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) according to the following mutual recognition agreements between the Italian Consiglio Nazionale Forense and threir respective national bar associations:

– Conseil National des Barreaux (France), Convention April 7, 2008

– The Law Society of England & Wales “TLS” (United Kingdom), MOU January 1, 2011

– Oesterrreichisches Rechtsanwaltkammertag (Austria), Abkommen June 20, 2013

– Law Society of Ireland “LSI” (Ireland), MOU November 28, 2014

– Ordre des Barreaux germanophones et francophones – Advocats.be (Belgium), Convention January 23, 2014

The accreditation of CPD shall be granted to Solicitors attending the Congress in compliance with the requirements of the regime for CPD applicable in their respective jurisdictions.

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the end of the Congress.

Industrial Property Consultants attending the Congress are entititled to 11 Credits for Continuing Professional Development.

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the end of the Congress.
